Naturopathic Consults

Complimentary 30 Minute Stress Breakthrough Call
This is for individuals interested in The Holistic Stress Solution. This gives us a sense whether you're right for this course or if there are other way we could help. It also gives you an opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding.

Complimentary 15 Discovery Call

This is for potential new patients and clients who are interested in what Naturopathic Medicine is and can offer. It gives you and the practitioner an opportunity to ask questions to ensure this is the right fit!

Initial Consultation (75 minutes) | £200 
This is open to new patients who do not want to do The Holistic Stress Solution. This is for women who are looking for support with hormones, skin conditions, digestive concerns or mood (however, other concerns will also be seen). We will do a complete assessment of concern and health history and create a treatment plan for you. If labs are recommended, they may be requisitioned. This will not include the 12 week course.

Follow-Up Consultations (15-45 minutes) | £50-120  
45 minute follow-ups are used for second appointments where bloodwork or labs are to be reviewed. For current patients who are following up with their practitioner to update results and adjust treatment plan if necessary.

Holistic Health Coach Services

Initial Consultation (60 minutes) | $90 
This is open to new clients (anywhere!) who are looking to transform their life and health in a sustainable, manageable, heart-centered way. Most of us know what to do; it’s the implementation that is difficult. As a health coach, Joanne focuses on getting to the root of the behaviours and works with you to ensure the essential health behaviours are being done while working on the HOW.

Follow-Up Consultations (45 minutes) | $80  

For current clients who have seen Joanne in the past and need to follow-up to continue their transformative journey.

Psychotherapy Services

Initial Consultation (60 minutes) | $150 
This is open to new clients (anywhere in Canada) to help them develop better cognitive and emotional skills, reduce symptoms of mental illness, and cope with various life challenges to improve their lives.

Follow-Up Consultations (60 minutes) | $150  

For current clients who have seen Lisa in the past and need to follow-up.

A Note on Naturopathic Coverage
While naturopathic medicine is not covered by OHIP, most extended health care plans cover naturopathic medicine. Check with your insurance provider about service and lab coverage.
